Ordering and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after ordering. Delivery time is 10 to 25 days. Please note that we do not process orders on weekends.
Shipping:
The shipping cost is already included in the price of the items and does not need to be paid additionally.

Please make sure that all delivery information is correct. If there is any error and/or missing information, you may be asked to contact us to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in order delivery. Delays may also occur due to customs clearance.
Your order will be delivered to you by a local courier (Norway Post).
Fill in your address with all details, otherwise the package you send will be returned to us.
How do I order?
Shopping at Hjemsol is very easy. Follow the steps below:
1. Visit our website www.luksusliv.no to see all the products we offer.
2. View the product you are interested in and click on the images to see all the details. Also on the product page you will be able to see the table of sizes (with values in centimeters), available colors, details about the materials and the corresponding price.
3. After choosing the right color and size, add the desired product to the shopping cart. From here you can continue shopping or go to the ordering process (checkout).

6. Confirm the order
Shortly after completing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Also check your Spam folder.
When do out-of-stock products return?
If a product is out of stock, we will try to contact the supplier to resolve this issue. If the product can no longer be brought, it will be removed from the website.
Will I receive the same product as the one in the photos?
Yes, except for handmade products, where slight differences may occur in the final product.
How can I make sure I have placed my order?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation if you entered your email address correctly. If you do not receive this email, please contact our customer service department at post@luksusliv.no
Can I remove products from my cart?
Yes. You can delete any product that has been added to your cart, as long as you have not completed your order.
Cancellation
We accept cancellation of orders before the product is shipped or manufactured. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Return the package (if applicable)
We accept returns of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days of delivery of the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please ask our customer service to ensure that you are sending the package to the correct address.
All products come with a FREE replacement/refund guarantee for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, missing parts or accessories, are defective, or are significantly different from the product description can be considered for a refund.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be properly packaged. If there is damage during return shipping, the buyer agrees to bear the costs.
If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order–we will do our best to both resolve the issue and ensure that you do not have to wait. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.
For defective or damaged products, please take photos or videos and email us at post@luksusliv.no–we will replace or refund your purchase after verification.
NOTE: This policy does not cover accidental damage, water damage or misuse of the purchased product.
