Returns and Refunds

All products come with a 30-day exchange/refund guarantee from the date of shipment.

Only items that arrive in a physically damaged condition, missing parts or accessories, are defective or significantly different from the product description can be considered for a refund.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be properly packaged. If there is damage during return shipping, the buyer agrees to bear the costs.

If your purchase does not match the description or if the item is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order–we will do our best to both resolve the issue and ensure that you do not have to wait. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the delivery of the correct item.

For defective or damaged products, please take pictures or videos and email us at post@luksusliv.no–we will replace or refund your purchase after confirmation.

NOTE: This policy does not cover accidental damage, water damage or misuse of the purchased product. (If possible, please take a video while opening your packages/packages.
Claims for defects/damage/missing items/wrong items without proof will not be prioritized.
We always check the products before we ship them out.)

Order Cancellation

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 24 hours. Once the packing and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled.
